Is the cake Halal-certified?

All delicious cakes baked by Baker's Heart are Halal-certified. 

How many days in advance do I need to pre-order the cake?

You will need to pre-order at least 1 week before your party! Please select your preferred date & time upon checkout. 

Is the price of the cake the same if I order from Baker's Heart?

Yes, the price of the cake will be the same. Party Wholesale do not charge extra for the cake as we strive to provide all party related service within one roof to make it easier for all Party-goers out there to plan their party event!

What happens after I have ordered from Party Wholesale?

After you have ordered from Party Wholesale's website, you will receive an email confirmation from us on your order with us. Baker's Heart will prepare your order according to the date & time selected at the checkout page. Feel free to WhatsApp us your order at +65 8282 8107 to confirm your birthday cake order!

*You do not need to call Baker's Heart separately to confirm your order. Party Wholesale will take care of all the logistic arrangement for you. 

How do I store the cake?

It is recommended to keep the cake in air-conditioned area for up to 4-5 hours. Eat at room temperature for best texture and easy cutting. If refrigerated, it should be removed and thawed at room temperature 45 mins to 1 hour before serving.

How long can I keep my cake after cutting?

It is recommended to consumed all cakes on the same day. To ensure freshness, it is best to keep remaining slices in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to two days from the date of collection or delivery.

Do you provide an ice pack together with the cake?

Unfortunately, we don't provide ice packs together with the cake. It is best not to place the cake outside under the hot sun for too long.
