How will the item be given to me?
- All items provided are un-inflated/ flat
- To achieve the 'floating' effect of helium balloon; use adhesive tape to stick the top of balloon to the ceiling
- Basic assembly and inflation of balloons are required and will take approximately 30-45 mins to setup
- Optional Add on balloon pump/ tape & scissors
