• Exclusively designed banner by Party Wholesale
• Upload a high-resolution photo. Do choose photo carefully, Party Wholesale will only do photo artwork once. A surcharge of $5 will incur for every change of photo.
• Personalized Banner with name, nickname, age, or special message.
• Standard banner template with no artwork variation or changes.
• Photo customization is available.

• Photo Size Resolution
  • The minimum file size of the photo should be at least 2.0 Mb or 2000 Kb. (Provide only 1 full close up face photo with Sharp and Clear resolution.)
• Banner comes with 4 eyelets at corners for ease of hanging
• Strings, tapes and hooks are not provided.
• Banner is ideal for both indoor or outdoor decoration.
• Upon receipt of order and payment, standard processing time is 7 working days with no additional charge. 
• Upon receipt of order and payment, express processing time is 4 to 6 working days with an additional charge of $10.
• Upon receipt of order and payment, super express processing time is 3 working days with an additional charge of $30.

Custom Banner Terms & Condition

• We provide ONE minor editing service to the banner design, e.g. change font size or colour.
• Any additional changes a fee of $5 per amendment will be imposed.
• Additional photo to be included in the banner is chargeable at $5 per photo. 
• Our designer has the final right to change the resolution or brightness of the photo to best fit the overall banner design. 
• Above processing time excludes the required shipping time.
• Do note cancellation and refund is not allowed once the order is placed. 
• We do not email out soft copy of banner artwork.
