How will the balloon be given to me?

How long will the balloon centerpiece last?

Balloon centerpiece last approximately 1 to 7 days

After 1 day, the round latex balloons will oxidize and balloon might have a matte tone. 

If I would self-collect, can it fit into the sedan car?

• Normal Sedan Car most likely can fit, please leave the back seats empty
• Recommend to have a 1.7m van or large MPV to transport the balloon centrepiece.

How early should I collect the balloon centerprice?

It is recommended to collect on the event date, we do not advice collecting balloons one-day before. Party Wholesale will not be responsible for any damage for the balloons if it is collected the day before. 

Do you provide tear-down service? 

We do not provide tear-down balloon column service. The balloon column can be easily disposed of using a pointy object to deflate the balloons.

Please Note

Do not release the balloon outdoors or near overhead power lines as the balloon may conduct electricity. Hold down balloon with counterweights. Not suitable for children under 24 months.

Excessive heat could cause the balloon to burst; therefore to suit Singapore's hot weather, Party Wholesale will only inflate balloon up to 95% to allow room for helium gas to expand. Likewise, due to the sensitivity of helium gas, the balloon might appear slightly deflated when place in indoor air-con environment as helium gas contract in a colder environment.
