How many balloons can 10L medium helium tank balloon inflate?
- 9inch latex balloons > inflate approximately 100 to 110 pieces
- 11inch latex balloons > inflate approximately 70 to 90 pieces
- 16inch latex balloons > inflate approximately 15 to 19 pieces
- 36inch latex balloons > inflate approximately 2 to 4 pieces
How do I know the tank is full?
Meter reading 1800 to 2000psi is full tank.
Will I enjoy a discount if I only need the helium tank for 1 day?
Helium tank rental price will still be the same even if rental is less than 3 days.
Is $150 refundable deposit compulsory?
Yes, $150 deposit is compulsory for all rental item.
When will I get back my helium tank deposit?
Upon returning, we will check if there is any missing item from the toolkit and also the condition of tank and nozzle. Tank deposit will be refunded within 10 to 15 working days after tank returned, provided there is nothing missing from the toolkit and both tank and nozzle are in good working condition.
Can I request for tank extension rental?
There is a tank extension charge at $2 per day. Please email us in advance if you need to extend the tank rental.
If I am renting a tank, when should I inflate my balloons?
We advised all balloons to be inflated 2 to 3 hours before the event. Especially for latex balloons (9" to 11") as they float approximately 6 hours.

In the event of damaged or missing items; the following charges will be deducted from the deposit & customer might need to top up the difference if the damaged or replacement cost exceeds the deposit collected.

Helium Tank Important Notice
- Always secure cylinder and prevent cylinder from falling over. Never leave cylinder in a public place unattended where children or unauthorized personal can gain access to it. Do not allow children to touch or play with cylinder, valve or filling equipment.
- When transporting tanks please make sure to remove the nozzle kit and store the helium tank in the trunk of your car. If you must transport tanks in the passenger compartment make sure they are secured and have at least one window open at all times.
- Ensure the nozzle kit valve is closed after each and every use; even when empty.
- Never expose helium cylinders to direct heat, fire or mistreatment.
- Do not inhale helium gas. Helium is a non-flammable, colourless, odorless, tasteless, and inert and a non-toxic gas. However inhalation of helium gas can cause health issues or death; helium will displace oxygen in confined areas and if inhaled can cause asphyxiation, serious injury or even death.
- In the event of damaged to the helium gas tank during the term of this agreement, Party Wholesale will apply this Security Deposit to defray the costs of necessary repairs or replacement. If the cost for repair or replacement of damage to the rented helium tank exceeds the amount of the Deposit, customer will be responsible for payment to Party Wholesale the balance of this cost.
