Do you accept walk-in customers? Will I be able to see display at your office and buy immediately?
We highly encourage placing order via our online e-commerce website before coming to our office to collect your balloon order. This will minimise waiting time as your balloons would be fully prepared and ready for collection.

Why are some of my items not available when I have placed an online order already?
We apologised if some items are not available for your order. There will be times where items are damaged/ lost/ sold at our office and website is not updated in time. In regards to this situation, our team will recommend similar products to you. If you are not agreeable, Party Wholesale will refund for the unavailable item back to you.

We allow self collection of balloon order at 81 Frankel Avenue Singapore 458209. Simply choose [self collection] option at checkout page and you will be prompted to choose your preferred collection date and time.
We recommend collecting balloons 1 to 2 hours before the start of your party to ensure all inflated helium balloons look their best!
Do you reserve items?
Party Wholesale requires full payment to be made to secure the order items. All unpaid orders in the shopping cart will be cleared after three (3) days.
Are your items ready stock?
All items listed in Party Wholesale's website are ready stock unless stated as out of stock. If the quantity required is not available, you will be prompted by the system to make amendments. Should there be an item currently not in stock, we reserve the right to replace it with another type or with equivalent value; subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel or postponed an order, the request has to reach Party Wholesale at least three (3) business days before the event. Please contact office between 9 am to 4 pm from Monday to Friday via email.
Cancel less than seven (7) business days
Subjected to a 50% charge on the total bill and the remaining 50% will be refunded with Party Wholesale E-Voucher.
Cancel on actual event date
Subjected to a 100% charge on the total bill. Party Wholesale will not be able to cancel the order once items have been confirmed/ mailed/ delivered out.
Note: We will not allow cancellation of customised party supplies such as custom banner, latex balloon printing or personalised helium balloons. Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and eve of public holidays will not be considered as a business day.
I have just received my order and do not like the design. Can I exchange the design?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange or take back un-used items.

We do not allow cancellation of customised party supplies such as custom banner, latex balloon printing or personalised helium balloons.
Can I pay upon collection or delivery?
We do not accept payment upon collection or delivery. All order has to be pre-paid prior to collection or delivery. There is no limit to when it comes to helium balloons inflation. You name it we have it! For large helium balloons order above 1000 pieces, we will usually inflate at the venue.
What is the minimum order for delivery or postage service?

Any location you are unable to deliver?
Party Wholesale provide island-wide delivery to the majority of the locations in Singapore including Ferry terminal and Sentosa except

Do you deliver balloons to unit?
Delivery to CBD Area, hotels, chalets, beach, parks, business building, shopping centres, hospitals, schools and army camps will be only be sent to nearest loading bay or taxi pickup points.
The driver will NOT be able to send the balloon right to doorsteps unless [surprise delivery] option is chosen.
Delivery to HDB, Condo and private estate will be sent to doorsteps / Clubhouse / BBQ pits.
Can I order for same day delivery?

What happen if im not at the venue to receive my order?
Please be at the delivery location at the earliest timing selected, if the recipient is not present upon delivery, the driver may:
- Leave the purchases at the doorstep with permission from customers. Party Wholesale will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your purchase as items are placed at an unsupervised location for an extended period of time OR
- Arrange a return trip at a later timing at a surcharge of $20 to $30. The return trip will usually be scheduled on the last trip after completing all other deliveries.
Can I change my delivery address at the last minute?

Yes, we provide helium tank rental in three sizes (S/M/L). All our helium tank are delivered directly from factory and allows customers to inflate 10 to 20 more balloons compared to all other party shops.

If I am renting a tank, when should I inflate my balloons?
We advised all balloons to be inflated 2 to 3 hours before the event. Especially for latex balloons (9' to 11") as they float approximately 6 hours.
Do you deliver helium tank?
We have one (1) way or two (2) way delivery service starting from $12 (small/ medium tank) or $30 (large tank). Exact delivery fee will be calculated upon check out.
When will I get back my helium tank deposit?
Upon returning, we will check if there is any missing item from the toolkit and also the condition of tank and nozzle. Tank deposit will be refunded within 10 to 15 working days after tank returned, provided there is nothing missing from the toolkit and both tank and nozzle are in good working condition.
Do you inflate the helium balloons on site?
We provide helium balloon inflation on site for order above 1000 balloons. For the majority of the order, we will inflate the balloons at our office before delivery to your venue. If you have your balloon and need us to inflate for you, please pass un-inflated balloons to us at least two (2) days before the event for us to inflate and deliver together with the rest of the order.
How soon will you inflate the balloons before delivering to customer?
Foil balloons will be inflated 2 to 3 hours before delivery to check for leakage or manufacturer’s defects, while latex balloons will be inflated 1 hour before balloon delivery.
Do you provide balloon decoration service at the venue?
We provide helium balloon column, clusters, bunches and other balloon decoration set up at the venue. Please email us with the following details and our sales team will get back to you.

How do you seal the balloons opening?
All foil balloons come with a self-sealing opening, except for those 9 inches or 14 inches foil balloons that need to be heat-sealed. All latex balloons will be tied with a simple knot the opening.
Are the price stated on your website nett? Do you charge GST?
All prices stated on our website are nett, we do not charge GST.
Do you inflate foil balloon to the fullest? 100% full?
Excessive heat could cause the balloon to burst; therefore to suit Singapore's hot weather, Party Wholesale will only inflate balloon up to 95% to allow room for helium gas to expand. Likewise, due to the sensitivity of helium gas, the balloon might appear slightly deflated when place in indoor air-con environment as helium gas contract in a colder environment. We have attached yellow note and straw at the base of the balloon weight to advice customer how to handle such situation.
Can foil balloon be re-used and refilled with helium?
You may refill your re-used foil balloons with helium but the floating time will no longer be as good as new balloons due to wear and tear during first time usage. It may burst during inflation or deflate sooner.
How to keep helium foil balloon last longer and re-usable for next party?
Avoid placing helium foil balloon under direct sunlight (it may burst), very cold area (it may deflate) and near sharp object. Do not weigh down, squeeze, press, bent or over pull the balloons as these would result in the balloon to leak.
How will balloon be given to us?
Un-inflated Balloons (Flat packaging)
The balloon will arrive deflated and in a sealed pack. (no ribbon is provided)
Helium-Inflated Balloon
Helium inflated balloon will be tied with a 1.5m long curling ribbon and pack in a plastic bag for easy transportation. Loose balloons will be tied in a bundle with one complimentary water balloon weight; please buy decorated weight separately if you prefer not to have water balloon weight.
Normal Air Inflated Balloon
Balloon will be inflated with normal air and will not be floating. To decorate, may stick to wall, dessert table or even scatter balloons on the ground for your guests to throw around!

What is the difference between Metallic, standard & decorator balloons?
A metallic balloon has a shiny and pearly surface. Standard & decorator balloon has a matte and vibrant colour surface.
My event is tomorrow, can I collect today. Will the balloon last?
We highly encouraged all customer to collect balloon on the same day of your event.
Foil balloon
Balloon float approximately one (1) day to a few days, may collect one (1) day before the event. Balloon might deflate slightly overnight, may inflate balloon with pump or straw.
Pet Walker
Helium-inflation is required for walking pet balloon to achieve the [walking] effect. Floating time is approximately 12 hours. We recommend collecting balloon a few hours before the event.
Latex Balloon
Floating time is approximately 6 hours. We recommend collecting balloon one to two hours before the event.
