Things To Take Note:

Please do not release helium balloons into the environment as they can harm wildlife and litter the environment. Have lots of fun with your balloon and, when it is deflated, dispose of it responsibly.
Balloons are intended for display purposes, increased handling may cause damage to the balloon.
Balloons are intended for indoor use. If choosing to display outdoors please take weather conditions into consideration.
Balloons may conduct electricity - Do not release near overhead power lines.
Excessive heat could cause the balloon to burst.

Can I rent a Helium Tank or do you sell disposable helium cylinder?

Party Wholesale rent out helium gas tank and you may order directly through our website. We do not sell disposable helium gas cylinder; it is bad for the environment since it is only good for one-time use and the whole cylinder cannot be used again! Let's do our part for mother nature and opt for helium gas rental to minimise wastage!

However, it's important to note that 11-inch latex balloons float approximately 6 hours. We recommend inflating them right before your event for the best results.

Can I order balloons inflated?

Yes, you may order inflated balloons! Check out our huge range of balloons sections!

Can all the balloons sold online be delivered inflated?

Yes, as long as there is [helium inflated] option available for the product, we can deliver all balloons on our website including giant 36inch latex balloons and life-size air-walker balloon!

How long do Party Wholesale’s foil balloons stay inflated?

Please see the table below, these time frames are from the time of inflation, please take this into consideration when choosing your preferred delivery option.

If I purchase balloons elsewhere and get Party Wholesale to inflate for me?

Yes, we will be able to inflate balloons for you. Please see balloon inflation charge or rent a helium cylinder and have fun pumping balloons for your own party!

How much does it cost to inflate latex balloons in-store?

You can have any of our packs of 10 latex balloons inflated in-store at $1.20 per balloon (min 10 pieces).

Do foil balloons come with balloon weights?

Inflated foil balloons are tied with a ribbon and bundle together with a complimentary water balloon weight. Should you require a heavier or decorative weight, this would need to be purchased separately. Balloon weights can either be purchased online or in-store. If you’ve chosen to have the balloon delivered deflated, weight will not be provided.

Can I choose a day for my balloons to be delivered?

Yes, Party Wholesale offer specific delivery date and time for your party! You may specify your delivery or collection pickup date and time at our Check Out page.

I ordered an inflated balloon which has deflated in transit, what do I do?

We are sorry to hear that there has been an issue with your balloon, please contact our Customer Service team via WhatsApp 8282 8107 who will help to resolve the issue.

I want to buy a lot of balloons; can I collect them in store?

Definitely, you can purchase as many balloons as you'd like on our website and we will have them ready at your specified pickup time and date.

Do you sell character balloons (Minions, Star Wars, Tsum Tsum, Paw Patrol etc.)?

Do you provide on-site setup of huge balloon displays (arches or column)?

Do you sell number and letter balloons?

We do sell air-inflated letter and number balloons that can be used to create balloon banners or jumbo 40inch letter/ number balloons that can be filled with helium. You can shop the full range of letter and number balloons here

Can I order balloons to be delivered outside of Singapore?

We only ship un-inflated balloon worldwide! Please drop us an email for your order.

How can I preserve the lifespan of my balloons?

In order to keep your balloons inflated for the longest time, we suggest the following guidelines:

Remove balloons from bags as soon as arriving home or at the venue to ensure that the balloons are allowed to float freely.
Keep balloons at a constant room temperature.
Avoid placing balloons near the spotlight, sharp object or rough surface.
Avoid placing balloon outdoor, the strong wind will tangle the balloon ribbon.
Avoid very cold/ hot environment

My event is in a very cold air-con environment and I notice foil balloon deflate when I bring it inside. What should I do?

Excessive heat could cause the balloon to burst; therefore to suit Singapore's hot weather, Party Wholesale will only inflate balloon up to 95% to allow room for helium gas to expand. Likewise, due to the sensitivity of helium gas, the balloon might appear slightly deflated when place in indoor air-con environment as helium gas contract in a colder environment.
